PD Works
About us

Built by operators who hated blind spots

PD Works started when a payments team spent more time reconciling spreadsheets than improving auth rates — we fixed that with a single observability layer.

PD Works began inside a high-growth marketplace whose ops desk juggled six PSP dashboards, a shared inbox for KYC attachments, and nightly CSV merges just to answer a simple question: why did authorisations dip yesterday? The tooling existed — but the telemetry did not.

We built the console we wished we had: live routing scores, normalised webhook events, and ticketed merchant onboarding with document completeness meters. Analysts review evidence in one queue; engineers tune failover rules beside decline-code charts; leadership exports the KPIs without waiting on a bespoke report.

Merchant onboarding remains core — not as paperwork, but as a measurable pipeline. Open ticket, credentialed access, evidence upload, analyst sign-off — each stage timestamped and visible to merchants and internal teams alike. Entity-type rules for private limited, partnership, and proprietorship firms are configuration, not custom projects.

Today PD Works processes 14,000+ transactions per second, connects 210+ PSPs, and instruments 380+ payment methods across 165+ currencies. We are headquartered in Gurugram and partner with ambitious platforms across India and international corridors who treat payments as operational intelligence, not a cost centre.
